- Payment information: payment reference and bank transfer details you provide (we do not store full bank account numbers beyond what is needed for bookkeeping).
- Health and safety information: any medical conditions, allergies or fitness information you provide that are necessary for a safe tour.
- Photos and videos: images or footage taken during tours that may include participants.

- Photos used for promotion: retained until you request removal; we will remove images on request within a reasonable timeframe.

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data: HTTPS on the website, restricted staff access, password policies, and encrypted backups.
